Meet the people who make things happen
Finty is a new addition to the team this year, and comes equipped with eight years media owner and specialist experience. Her understanding, attention to detail and pro-activity have been features of her work with the team so far.
Margarita has over 7 years of experience in international OOH planning & buying, with focus on APAC & EMEA.
Abbie is in her third year of International OOH, and has taken to the challenge with huge enthusiasm and positivity. Abbie has already managed significant overseas activity, and demonstrated outstanding operational capabilities in order to support the team.
Renee has over 8 years’ media owner experience. Having spent the last 8 years in Dubai, Renee’s overseas knowledge of the industry’s landscape is a vital asset to the team. New to the team, Renee’s attention to detail and vast experience is a crucial addition to the Plexus team.
With over 4 years experience at Talon, Gavin has a wide range of experience working with various agencies and planning teams. Gavin has proven himself to be able to work with the same enthusiasm on clients with small and large budgets, in all variety of places and environments. His outgoing personality and flexibility in working is a great addition to the team.
Theo is new to the OOH industry with previous experience in PR mainly around Environmental governing services and has a background in sports. He brings a captivating energy to his new role as an exec.
Alaw is new to the industry after graduating with a music degree from King’s College London. With overseas experience, Alaw has thrown herself into her new role with enthusiasm, supporting the team with anything that comes her way.
Tom is approaching OOH veteran territory with 17 years industry experience,11 of which are international.
Adrian has over 25 years’ experience in the OOH specialist industry. He currently heads up the Talon groups’ international development and recently managed the first phase of expansion in the US, set up Talon Germany and re-branded the group’s global planning network, Plexus.
Barry previously spent 25 years at Omnicom Media Group and held roles including CEO Asia-Pacific, CEO Eastern Europe and Global Investment CEO. He brings extensive multiple media and management experience at a global level to the Talon Group.
With over 40 years experience in the OOH industry, Eric founded The Talon Group in 2013 and has built it into a 200 strong global outdoor media specialist. Eric’s entrepreneurial spirit ensure’s the group are constantly striving to improve and evolve our services.
